Order Processing

  • All pre-orders ship within 6 - 8 weeks.

  • Once in stock, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship worldwide from our Toronto, Canada fulfillment center.

Canada

  • Standard (2–5 business days): $15 USD

  • Express (1–2 business days): $20 USD

United States

  • Standard (3–6 business days): $16 USD

  • Express (2–3 business days): $26 USD

  • Duties & taxes are prepaid at checkout for a seamless delivery experience

United Kingdom & European Union

  • Priority International (4–8 business days): $38-$42 USD (calculated at checkout)

  • Duties & taxes are included at checkout (DDP – no additional fees on delivery)

Australia & New Zealand

  • Priority International (5–9 business days): 42 USD (calculated at checkout)

  • Duties & taxes are included at checkout (DDP)

Rest of World

  • Priority International (6–10 business days): 55 USD (calculated at checkout)

Taxes & Duties

We are proud to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to many destinations, including the U.S., U.K., EU, Australia, and New Zealand. This means all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront at checkout—no unexpected fees on delivery.

For regions outside our DDP coverage, orders may be shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). In this case, the customer will be responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, or taxes upon delivery.
