Refund policy

At FEMWELL Collective, we create every piece with exceptional care and craftsmanship. If your order is not quite right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., intimates, swim and aquatic pieces, skincare, or self-care products once opened) are non-returnable. 

  • Made to Order Pieces are non-refundable.

Process

  1. Request a return by contacting us at hello@femwellcollective.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original FEMWELL packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).

  4. Attach the label and drop the parcel at your nearest shipping carrier location within 7 days of approval.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

  • Exchanges are processed as a new order once the return is approved.


International Returns

  • For EU, UK, Switzerland, and Australia/New Zealand orders shipped DDP (duties prepaid): duties and taxes are non-refundable, but your product cost will be refunded.

  • For DDU shipments (rest of world): you are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right immediately.
